Antoinette was survived by parents, Ted and Aggie Mikula; daughter, Amy (Andy); son, Paul (Patty); brother, Jim Cloer; nephews, Corey, Jimmy, Waylon and Shane; sister, Nancy (Mark); nephew, Derek; sister, Carol (John); niece, Seanna; grandsons, Drew (Brittney), Matthew and Otis; granddaughter, Brianna; and great-grandson, Braylon.
Ashes will be laid to rest June 9, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Cypress Lawn in Everett, WA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with the cost of her headstone.
