Patricia Ann Swanzy - Hurst, Texas formerly of Pueblo, Colorado passed on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at the age of 87.

Patricia A. Swanzy was born January 28, 1934 in Omaha, Nebraska to Raymond S. and Josephine Mazie Wren Branchflower. She married the love of her life F. Wayne Swanzy on March 30, 1956 in Bethesda, Maryland. She served 4 years in the United States Navy when it was uncommon for women to serve. She was a wonderful mother and homemaker and later graduated from Texas Womens University where she earned a Bachelors of Education. Patricia served the community as a middle school math teacher. She was a member of St. Philip Presbyterian Church in Hurst, Texas. She loved spending time with her family and friends, reading, crossword puzzles and a round of golf in her more mobile years.

Patricia is preceded in death by her loving husband, Forrest Wayne Swanzy and her parents Raymond and Josephine Branchflower.

F. Wayne Swanzy "Wayne" – Hurst, Texas formerly of Port Arthur, Texas passed on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at the age of 88.
F. Wayne Swanzy was born November 28, 1932 in Rosebud, Texas to Joe and Leona Behne Swanzy. He married Patricia Ann Branchflower Swanzy on March 30, 1956 in Bethesda, Maryland. He served in the United States Navy for 12 years. Wayne was a member of St. Philip Presbyterian Church in Hurst, Texas. Wayne was a long time employee of American National Insurance Company as a Chartered Life Underwriter He enjoyed time with his family, golf, joking around and just being a great guy.

Preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Leona Swanzy and brother Pat Lane Swanzy.
