Judith A. Glieden, 66, of Alexandria, Minn., formerly of Lanoka Harbor , died peacefully, surrounded by her beloved family, after a courageou s battle with cancer.

Her family was the most important thing in her life, and she showere d them with LOVE, JOY, and PRAISE. Not a day passed without her lettin g her adoring husband of 42 years, children, and grandchildren know th at she loved them, and she took joy in seeing them happy, healthy, an d laugh and smile. Her unconditional love extended beyond her family , and she touched the lives of friends who couldn't help but love he r in return.

With a zest for life and an infectious smile, she enlivened every roo m she entered. She will be missed by many, but not forgotten. Her lega cy will live on in the love shared by those she touched and brought to gether. She left such a deep, indelible mark in the hearts of her husb and, children, grandchildren, and family that not a day will pass with out thoughts of her.

Mrs. Glieden was a mortgage broker with Commerce Bank and a former com municant of the Church of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, both Forke d River, Lacey.

Surviving are her husband, Donald W; a son and daughter-in-law, Thoma s J. and Jennifer, Brick; a daughter and son-in-law, Alisia D. and Joh n Lane, Forked River, Lacey; her mother, Adrienne Haggerty, Whiting, M anchester; two brothers, Gilbert Haggerty, Whiting, Manchester, and Jo seph Haggerty, Middletown; a sister, Mary Rose Haggerty, Oxford; and s ix grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12 a t Layton's Home For Funerals, 250 W. Lacey Road, Forked River, Lacey . Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to atte nd the funeral at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 13 from the funeral home, hen ce to St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, Forked River, where a Mass o f Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follo w at Good Luck Cemetery, Lanoka Harbor, Lacey.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mrs. Glieden would be appre ciated to the American Cancer Society.
