Kathleen (Kay) married Lambert Brunke (May 22, 1921 – May 17, 2014) in 1953 and lived in Stratford ON, but they separated in the early 60's.
Kay subsequently met Joe Clooney (don't know his birthday or death date, but he is deceased).
They had one child: Brian Clooney born December 7, 1965.
Kay and Joe lived in London ON, but separated around 1977. Kay remained in London until her death in 1985 of a heart attack.
Kay is buried in Martindale.

Suddenly in London, Ontario on Sunday, June 23, 1985, Kathleen (Kay) Rooney, age 58 years. Loving mother of Brian. Dear sister of Mrs. Mary Kelly and Charles Rooney, both of Venosta, Quebec. Predeceased by brothers Michael, Thomas, Harold, Willard and a sister Dorothy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Kelly Funeral Home, 585 Somerset Street (centretown) after 2 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Thursday to Our Lady of Sorrows, Venosta, for Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m. Interment St. Martin's Cemetery, Martindale.
