Jessie Sebbo was born 1980-1989, matches me at 26 cM/1. Ancestry suggests we are 4C1R.

Jessie's mother - perhaps Marie F. Helas. Her father - Robert Nelson Sebbo, Jr., b. 18 April 1946 in L.A. Robert married at least 2x, his first to Debra F. Finneran (b. ~1952), div. on 29 Feb. 1980 in Waukesha, WI, then m. Doreen Barba (b. ~1949) 27 Sep 1980 in Waukesha. Robert, Sr.'s obit. lists two children, Kathleen Sebbo Swanson and Chrissy (Christopher Denny Sebbo Kemnitz - female. Both the mothers of those two children were Larson, according to California birth records. Robert, Jr.'s mother was likely Florence Mary Rooney on the Michael Rooney/Mary Ann Tracy line (alternatively, possibly Pearl Mary Rooney, b. 1926). Jessie's chart shows Robert Jr.'s grandmother was being a Rooney, but the California birth records show his mother as being a Rooney. See explanation below.

I sent a message 12/15/19 and she replied the next day from Georgia : Hey David,

She is not close with me but my Dad still visits her and she is still alive in Kansas City. He's going to see her next weekend and I've asked him to get as much information as he can.
From what he can remember she was an only child. Her mother's last name was Rooney and father had a Scandinavian name like Jorgensen or some thing. He abandoned her and her mother and she was raised with the Rooney family, a bunch of uncles became her father figures. So she took the name.
Let you know when I find out more and will update her profile. Hopefully we will get some documentation.
Jessie

From Jessie after I suggested who I thought her line of Rooney's was and could provide her some good information on this line of her ancestors, 12/22/19:

Awesome! That would be a great help. I was mistaken, my Dad is off to see my grandmother tomorrow for the holiday. He is also going to talk to his half sister, her daughter, to see if she has information. He believes she has worked on genealogical stuff for the family. Maybe even on ancestry.com and that could make things easier for our sleuthing.

I sent a follow-up email March 9, 2020.
