Kenneth operated the Brooten Cooperative Creamery from 1930 until moving to Belgrade in 1946 where he managed the Belgrade Creamery. He later was employed as a representative for Jack's Chemical Company and as a butter broker for C W Donnet Companyof Philadelphia until retiring in 1977. He assisted with maintenance at the Belgrade Nursing Home following his retirement.
