Private graveside service for Marilyn Mae Erickson (Husted), 71, Champlin took place Sept. 29 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Crystal. Rev. Bernard Reiser officiated.

Erickson died Sept. 26 at Mercy Hospital. She was born June 13, 1937 in Minneapolis to Earl and Mercelyn Husted.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Babler; sister, Jean Schmitt; daughters, Jeanine (Darryl Dreher) Erickson, Johnna (David) Pascador, Heather Erickson and Stephanie (Mark Tong) Erickson; son, Daniel (Juli Dentz) Erickson; Paul's children; Pauline (Matt Speara) Phillips, Phillip (Judy Ricci) Babler, Fred Babler; grandchildren, Ande, Jason, Cole, Angelique, Tommy, Danielle, Madison, Dalaynie, Makenzie and Dominick; Paul's grandchildren, Jessica, Phillip and Paul, special "uncle" Bill Brodel; and several nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Mercelyn Husted; husband, Thomas Erickson; infant children; and unborn grandchild.
