Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2017 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Rose Marie "Goldie" Raden, age 81, of St. Cloud who passed away peacefully at Chateau Waters Therapy Suites in Sartell with her family by her side on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. Reverend Thomas Knoblach will officiate. Entombment will take place in Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum in St. Cloud.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud and after 10:00 a.m. on Monday at the church. Parish Prayers will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.
Rose Marie was born on September 22, 1936 in St. Nicholas, Minnesota to the late Christ and Theresa (Schreifels) Theis. She married Gerald G. "Jerry" Raden on June 23, 1956 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in St. Cloud. Rose Marie was employed at Lantz Optical (where she met Jerry), Fingerhut, Security Stationary and Marco over the years. She was a proud 20+ year breast cancer survivor. She was a member, Eucharistic Minister and usher for many years at St. Anthony's Parish and also a member of the Sweet Adeline's Singing Group. Rose Marie faithfully donated to the Humane Society and Disabled American Veterans.
Rose Marie enjoyed making wood fiber flowers, assisting her son Bruce with his photography business located in her home, antiquing and shopping. She loved Christmas and looked forward to setting up her large Christmas house village display with over 80 pieces. Above all, she treasured spending time with family.
She is survived by her son, Bruce (Renee) of St. Cloud; grandchildren, Christopher (Tabby), Nina (Tim) Neumann, and Shane (Maren); nine great grandchildren all of the St. Cloud area; siblings, Sylvester (Betty) Theis and Delores Dockendorf both of Cold Spring; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry in 2014.
A Special Thank You to everyone at Chateau Waters Therapy Suites and St. Cloud Hospital for their care and support given to Rose Marie and family during this time.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony's Catholic Churc h in St. Cloud for Gerald G. "Jerry" Raden, age 80, of St. Cloud who p assed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by family, on Friday, Ju ne 20, 2014.

Entombment will take place in Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum in St. Clo ud.

Jerry was born on March 6, 1934 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Lawrence an d Marie (Osmanski) Raden. In his youth Jerry was very proud of havin g the largest paper route in St. Cloud.

He married Rose Marie Theis on June 23, 1956 at St. Peter's Catholic C hurch in St. Cloud. Jerry worked for Nash Finch for 30 years. He wa s a member and usher for many years at St. Anthony's Catholic Church i n St. Cloud, and a former member of the Moose Lodge 622.

Jerry enjoyed cooking, baking, canning, collecting aluminum cans for d onation to the Boy Scouts, was an avid Vikings fan. He loved spendin g time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren and great -grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Rose Marie; son, Bruce (Renee) ; grandchildren, Christopher (Tabby), Nina (Tim) Neumann, and Shane (M aren); eight great grandchildren all of the St. Cloud area; two sister s, Shirley Loehr of St. Cloud and Marlene (Richard) Holthaus of Clearw ater; sister-in-laws, Lillian Raden, Delores Dockendorf; brother-in-la w, Sylvester (Betty) Theis; and many nieces and nephews.

Gerald is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Marvin, Kenneth , and Larry; sister, Norma; and brother-in-laws, Al Loehr and Melvin D ockendorf; and sister-in-law, Theresa Theis.
