Todd gre w up in Spanaway and lived in Kirkland as an adult. Memorial services will be held Monday, Jan. 9, 2006 a t 1:00 PM at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church at 14601 ‘A’ St. S. in Ta coma. A reception will follow the services.
